首先要將啲薯仔去皮。將啲薯仔切成唔太大粒狀,咁樣煮嘅時候就會快啲熟 (1)。

將啲蒜頭去皮,然後喺個大鑊度,用少少油,用慢火將佢哋爆香 (2)。然後加入啲薯仔 (3)。

煮10-12分鐘,期間要不時翻炒,直到啲薯仔變到金黃色 (4)。

輕輕落啲鹽,然後用匙羹將啲薯仔推到鑊邊,騰出空間嚟放條香腸。

你可以成條意大利腸咁煮,或者切開佢 (如果切開嘅話,煮嘅時候會容易啲翻動)。將條意大利腸放入鑊度,煎大約3分鐘,煎到金黃色 (5),然後翻轉佢,煎埋另一邊 (6)。

當條意大利腸上色之後,加入啲切碎嘅迷迭香,開大火,倒入白酒 (7)。等啲白酒揮發一陣,直到你聞到酒精嘅味道。

然後將火力調到中等,冚蓋 (8),用薯仔煮意大利腸大約5-7分鐘,唔好翻動佢。攞走個蓋,等啲汁杰身,然後熄火 (9)。

立即將煮好嘅意大利腸同薯仔上碟。


How to prepare sausage luganega in a pan with potatoes

To prepare the luganega in a pan with potatoes started by peeling the potatoes. Cut them into not too large cloves, so that they cook quickly (1). Peel the garlic and brown it with a sweet heat in the oil in a large pan (2). Then add the potatoes (3).

Cook the potatoes for 10-12 minutes, turning them often, until they are slightly golden (4). Salt them lightly, then with a spoon, move them to the sides of the pan to make way for the sausage.

You can cook the luganega in a whole pan or in chunks (in the second case it will be easier to turn it during cooking). Put the luganega in contact with the pan and brown for about 3 minutes (5), then turn it and brown on the other side (6).

When the sausage has taken color also add the chopped rosemary, raise the heat and blend with the white wine (7). Let it evaporate for a few moments until you smell alcohol.

Then lower the flame at medium intensity, put the lid (8) and cook the luganega in a pan with potatoes for about 5-7 minutes, without turning it. Remove the lid and let the cooking bottom thicken, then turn off the heat (9).

Serve the luganega in a pan with potatoes immediately.
