【Why Anchovy?】
鯷魚嘅主要功能,係提供一種獨特嘅鹹味,即使係最好嘅鹽都冇辦法提供到嘅美味!
為咗令佢嘅味道平均分配,我哋鯷魚嘅主要用法,係放置於橄欖油之中,低溫加熱,直至溶化於油裏面。
然後再加上主要醬汁(eg.香草醬、蕃茄醬、墨魚汁醬)稍為加熱,最後先添上意粉再加熱。
