Pappardelle is a typical format of the tradition of central Italy.

It is a format of high thickness and width that sees them well associated with full-bodied condiments, with a strong taste: wild boar ragù, hare and porcini mushrooms.

Produced with organic durum wheat semolina from the territory, mainly from the ACHILLE variety, typical wheat of central Italy, and from organic eggs from hens raised on the ground.
