     🗒️ 菜譜 Recipe

    寬帶蛋麵 配 烤番茄、水牛芝士、油漬鯷魚 及 新鮮羅勒

    2人份材料:

    • 100g 寬帶蛋麵
    • 150g 小番茄
    • 200g 番茄蓉
    • 30g (2湯匙)橄欖油
    • 3塊 大蒜
    • 250g 水牛芝士
    • 8條 油漬鯷魚
    • 250g (1c) 新鮮羅勒


    食譜:


    1. 將烤爐預熱至200 °C
    2. 一大鍋鹽水燒開,將意大利面煮至有嚼勁
    3. 煮意大利麵同時,將蕃茄及蕃茄泥放在烤盤上,淋上橄欖油、大蒜、鹽及胡椒,勞15分鐘。
    4. 瀝乾意大利麵,與已烤蕃茄、水牛芝士、油漬鯷魚 新鮮羅勒一起攪拌。再淋上大量橄欖油,並用鹽和胡椒調味,就可以享用。

    Pappardelle with Roasted Tomatoes, Mozzarella, Anchovies and Fresh Basil

    Ingredients for 2 people
    • 100 g Pappardelle
    • 150 g ripe baby tomatoes
    • 200g Tomato puree 
    • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
    • 3 cloves garlic, crushedsalt and pepper 
    • 250 g buffalo mozzarella, torn into pieces
    • about 8 anchovies (more or less, according to your taste), torn into smaller pieces
    • 1 C (250 ml) fresh basil leaves
    • Parmesan-infused olive oil

    Method

    1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
    2. Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Boil the pasta until al dente.
    3. While the pasta is cooking, place the tomatoes and Tomato puree on a baking tray, drizzle with olive and sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper. Roast for 15 minutes.
    4. Drain the pasta and gently toss with the roasted tomatoes, mozzarella, anchovies and basil leaves. Drizzle generously with Parmesan-infused olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Eat immediately.
