風乾牛肉 - 45g
48月熟成" 正宗帕爾瑪芝士【DOP】- 磨碎或者捏碎的 - 1至2個湯匙
檸檬 - 五份一個
初榨橄欖油 - 一湯匙
鹽
黑椒(即磨)
【步驟】
一、先把檸檬汁和橄欖油混合在一起
二、再將風乾牛肉平均分布於碟上,將檸檬橄欖油均衡地塗在風乾牛肉上。
三、加入一小撮鹽和適量的帕爾馬芝士(磨碎或者捏碎的)
四、最後灑上即磨黑椒,建議立即食用😋

【Ingredients】(serves 1)
2 tablespoons shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, 5 years aged
45g Bresaola, thinly sliced
1/5 organic lemon
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
salt
black pepper, freshly ground (to taste)
【Step by Step】
First, combine the juice of 1/5 organic lemon with the extra virgin olive oil (evoo).
Lay the slices of Bresaola on a large dish, spreading the lemon-evoo mixture on the meat.
Add a pinch of salt and pour the shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano on the bresaola.
Complete the dish spreading a dash of black pepper coarsely grounded over the bresaola salad. Serve immediately.
