【蘑菇醬使用指南】
零,買新鮮蘑菇
一,一人份量意粉大約80克,煮好意粉,根據包裝顯示減2分鐘。用滾水煮好蘑菇。
二,準備平底鑊,先落蘑菇醬(醬料一人份量:大約三份一至¼樽),加入幾匙羹意粉水,用作開稀蘑菇醬。
三,加入蘑菇及意粉攪拌混合,開中火,收乾醬汁,直到理想黏稠程度。加入香草parsley作點綴。完成。
