叫作「迷你」綿羊芝士,除咗本身嗰個芝士餅比較細,亦因為佢嘅熟成時間最短,係我哋一眾半硬芝士之中最年輕的一員,熟成時間只有2-3個月。
呢種芝士質地柔軟又新鮮,有細緻的羊奶味。
質地:一致的質地,軟熟得來又"firm" (實淨),容易切片切粒,不容易碎
芝士味:中等稍弱
臊味:非常弱,唔講可能唔知係綿羊芝士【新手適合】
配搭: 1.切粒,直接當下午小食
2.切薄片,或刨成片 放上沙律之上
3.切厚片 配麵包
