Another authentically Italian way to serve, with pears and walnuts and some chestnut honey on a piece of hot ciabatta bread.
- Soft cheese with creamy flesh, small holes, and medium ripening.
- Made from cow’s and sheep’s milk 100% Italian.
- It is a tradition of the Marche region to flavor cheeses in different ways. This in the past was exclusively prepared in the winter period with sweet chili peppers and it is tied with the custom of the agricultural (the art of preparing cured meat).
MILK ORIGIN: Italy
INGREDIENTS: Pasteurised cow’s milk, pasteurized sheep’s milk, chili peppers (min. 0,4%), salt, rennet, selected enzymes. Free from preservatives, it has an edible crust.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: For an optimal taste, remove from the fridge and keep it at room temperature for a few hours before consuming it.
They are excellent table cheeses and they are often tasted by the slice together with homemade bread or the type of the Marche Region. Ideal to boost the of your salad mix or to garnish baked pasta dishes. It is delicious in combinations with delicate and finest white wines.
