【意粉菜式】

意大利有一道意粉的菜式叫做 “Gorgonzola e Noci

即係戈貢佐拉芝士與合桃。

-首先用中細火煮熱牛奶或者淡忌,不需要大滾;
-然後加Gorgonzola煮溶佢;
-同時可以烚你鍾意嘅 意大利粉(通常會用上 #扭扭意粉 #Strozzapreti、#貓耳朵意粉 #Orecchiette 或者 #筆尖意粉#Penne 呢類短身、顆粒型狀的意粉);

將煮好的意粉加入芝士醬汁入面,呢個時候可以加入切碎嘅 #拿玻利合桃 ,因為Gorgonzola 同堅果非常夾!

最後可以按個人喜好加少少黑椒或者刨啲帕爾瑪芝士Parmigiano Reggiano(記住唔好貪心,以免太咸)然後上碟。

【Recipe】

Ingredients:
• 300 g of pasta
• 170 g of Gorgonzola
• extra virgin olive oil to taste
• 50 g of walnut
• Salt to taste.

Preparation of pasta with walnuts and gorgonzola

  1. First, put some water on to heat and bring it to a boil.

  2. When the water boils, add salt and dip the pasta into it; cook for about 10 minutes or as indicated on the package.

  3. Take 3/4 of the walnuts and chop them very finely with a knife, using a crescent and a wooden cutting board.

  4. We will use the remaining dried fruit to decorate the dish, to be sprinkled directly on the pasta.

  5. In a pan, heat a drizzle of oil before adding the diced gorgonzola.

  6. Melt the cheese and add the chopped walnuts.

  7. When the pasta is cooked, drain it al dente and add it to the pan with walnuts and cheese.

  8. Let it mix for another 5 minutes so that the flavors mix well.

  9. Serve and garnish the plate with the walnut kernels that you kept aside earlier.

  10. Serve hot and enjoy your meal!


Conservation and variants

The advice is to eat it immediately: the next day, heated, it loses a lot (and the cold sauce could be sticky). However, if you have prepared too much, we want to recommend a delicious preparation: put it in a baking dish and, on top, sprinkle some grated cheese, walnuts, and breadcrumbs. Brown it in the oven, grill mode (180 ° C) for about ten minutes. Very good!
